Associations vs. MLSs
Several local REALTOR® associations in Utah do not run their own MLS; their members use UtahRealEstate.com. These include the Salt Lake, Northern Wasatch, Utah Central (with its Carbon/Emery, Southeastern Utah, Uintah Basin and Red Hills chapters), Cache Valley, Brigham-Tremonton and Tooele County associations.[4]
Utah MLS rules and national policy
REALTOR®-owned MLSs, including those in Utah, follow NAR's national MLS policies, such as the Clear Cooperation Policy and the 2025 listing options for sellers, and the post-settlement rules described in our NAR settlement guide. Check each MLS's own rules for local details.
